By accessing or using the MooMart platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use our services.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. Listing and Buying

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. All information provided must be truthful and not misleading.

Buyers are responsible for verifying the condition and details of livestock before completing a purchase. MooMart facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for the quality or condition of livestock sold on the platform.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in any of the following activities:

• Posting false, inaccurate, misleading, or deceptive content
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or activities
• Circumventing the platform's fee structure or payment system
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

5. Fees and Payments

MooMart may charge fees for certain services or transactions. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with appropriate notice to users.

6. Intellectual Property

The MooMart platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by MooMart and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MooMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the MooMart platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
